Tommys In Yorkshire

One of our youngest supporters, James Underwood aged 9; Nominated Tommy's to benefit from a donation of monies from fellow classmates at Ireland Wood Primary School in Leeds. Following the receipt of Class Merits for good behaviour and achievements over the school year the children had raised £40.

Miss Nelson (class teacher) said "James nominated Tommy's and he is obviously very passionate about the cause. When he explained what Tommy's was about, the class voted to support it. It's a great Charity, and we are pleased to support Tommy's."

James took pin badges and balloons to school and presented the class with a Certificate of Thanks, on behalf of the Branch.
