Tommys In Yorkshire

* The branch held it's first committee meeting of 2006 on Thursday February 8th. All present agreed that the Web-Site is a fantastic attribute to the group. Sincere thanks were expressed to the Chair and Web Master for their hard work.

* We welcomed our youngest member - Benjamin - born in December. Congratulations to his very proud parents Sarah and Jonathan Pitts and big brother Samuel.

* The year has got off to a fantastic start with many fund and awareness events planned. So far our calendar is as follows :-

March 1st -

Sharon, Elaine & Jayne to attend a cheque presentation from British Telecom in Leeds.

March 18th / 19th -

Group attendance at the Bambino Show in Harrogate to host an information distribution stand and fundraising tom bola. All donations of baby/toddler type goods gratefully received.

September 24th -

The group celebrates it's 10th birthday by hosting a 'Birthday Party' at the Ramada Jarvis Parkway Hotel in Leeds. More details and ticket prices to follow as arrangements are finalised.
